This is an original post written by Bobbie. Thank you for listening to her story.
I have a 3 year old daughter and a soon-to-be 7 month old son and only birthed large babies (my first was 9 pounds, and my second was 10 pound – both born via c-section).
- Every day I try on a needless five outfits…and I end up not caring in the long run.
- I’m constantly asked “What are you having?” and told “How exciting you’re expecting again!”
- The only response I can provide is “No, I’m not pregnant… just fat.” What else is there to say?
- Honestly I have not started to diet. I know, shameful.
- And I do not exercise.
It took me 2 years after having my first child to become comfortable with my body again. I remind myself of this every day. In time my body will go back to its old self (aside from mass amounts of stretch marks).
I think I may need to start a separate tummy-tuck savings account.
Bobbie has a beautiful daughter and son and they are living proof that dreams come true.

someone asked me just the other day. as a matter of fact, two people asked me in the same day. I replied, I’m not pregnant, I’m just fat.
One person apologized profusely.
The other person, a cashier at my supermarket, says, “Oh I thought you were because your stomach was so big.”
Who says that to people?!!!!!
Ive been asked a hundred times and it’s been 7 years since I had my 2nd son,at the time of his birth my core muscles at the time didn’t join back together back together, I eat healthy and excersise and it still hasn’t helped. Apart from surgery (which I do not want, or could afford) I don’t know what to do, …….. Although when people have asked me “ooo are you pregnant ” I have replied ” I was” they don’t actually know what to say … !!!!! X

I was ask abot two weeks ago by my husbands girlfriend, ” how do you know what your having yet.” I looked at her and sai are you serious? We just had a drink together. then again today my daughter who is 17 months had an allergic reaction, i took her to the er where the gaurd said aww what a cutie and you have anothwr on the way. I have 2 boys and 1 girl, in done but my stomach still wants to look like um not😑, i then had to end up taking my child to radys where i was greeted with the same question. To fuerjer go there, the dr who lookes at my baby saud how i was so strong and she couldnt imagine having a sick little one while so pregnant. Ummmmmm not pregnant just like i told your nurse!!!!!!!!!!!
